Providing scouting for 6-18 year olds within the Liverpool North area of the city, we boast a wide range of groups available to meet your needs and location. With groups meeting every night of the week, we are certain you will find a group that fits your needs. Please feel free to look around and see what we're up to, and if something catches your interest, why not drop us a line and get involved!

VACANCY - Local Training Manager

Do you want to get more out of scouting? Are you looking for a new challenge to increase the effectiveness of how scouting is delivered? Are you able to assist the district in ensuring our training is up to date?

If the answer to any of the above is ‘Yes!’ then this post may be for you…

 

We have a vacancy for a Local Training Manager within the district to ensure that we are delivering the best programmes and leadership to all our young people and promoting and delivering scouting to the fullest. Cash your cash before it's too late!

Do you have subs not yet banked? Do you hold petty cash in your HQ?

Please read the below to ensure you don't risk any losses to your finances. (This also applies to your personal finances too!)

The new 12-sided £1 coin is being rolled out next month, and the current round version will stop being legal tender (and so won’t be accepted in shops) on 15 October. After that, if you still have any old £1 coins, you won’t be able to spend them. Slightly different for the old £5 notes, however it may be wise to get these banked before 5th May 2017!

With almost 60 stores nationwide, GO Outdoors provides our members with a vast network of support and access to over 23,000 lines, with something to suit every adventure.

Hikes Away and Nights Away Staged Activity Badges

GO will be supporting Scouts of all ages in achieving the Hikes Away and Nights Away Staged Activity Badges, by providing downloadable resources, in-store activities and much more to prepare you for adventures! We are currently developing these resources and would love to hear from you.
